Garlic and Lemon Pasta
7 1/4 oz Barilla Plus Multigrain angel hair pasta
2 tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 dash Crushed red pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Lemon juice, fresh

1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and place in serving dish.
2. Meanwhile, saute garlic and crushed red pepper in the olive oil in a saucepan about 1 minute over medium heat. Add salt and pepper and squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon. Cook for 1 more minute over medium heat.
3. Toss garlic, lemon and oil mixture with pasta.
