1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Remove flank steak from marinade. Discard marinade.
3. Grill steak for about 8-9 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
4. Transfer steak to cutting board and let stand for 5 minutes.
5. Cut steak across the grain into thin, diagonal slices.
6. Serve with grilled baby bell peppers.
