Grilled Vegetables
1 each Medium zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch slices
1 each Fresh medium white onion, 1/8" thick slice
1 each yellow squash, cut into 3/4 inch slices
1 each Medium green bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 container cherry tomato
1 bunch asparagus spear, ends trimmed
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground black pepper
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1. Combine oil, salt, pepper, seasoning and vinegar in a medium bowl. Add vegetables and mix to coat. Cover, set aside and let marinade 10 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place vegetables on grill and cook 3-4 minutes each side. (Alternative: Broil in oven 3-4 minutes each side).
