Mediterranean Chopped Salad with Chicken
2 slices Hannaford 12-Grain Sliced Bread, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
6 Tbsp. Taste of Inspirations Parmesan Garlic Wing Sauce
2 Tbsp. water
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped Nature's Promise Rotisserie Chicken
2 vine-ripened tomatoes, cored and chopped
1 orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup Hannaford Whole Artichoke Hearts, drained, patted dry, and chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. torn Nature's Promise Organic Basil
2 Tbsp. Taste of Inspirations Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mediterranean Chopped Salad with Chicken

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. To make croutons, place bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil; toss until evenly coated, then season lightly with salt and pepper. Transfer to oven and bake until lightly toasted, 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, whisk wing sauce and water in a large bowl. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, pepper, artichokes, and onion and toss to combine; season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Divide salad among four bowls and top evenly with croutons, basil, and cheese.
