1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 muffins cups or line with paper baking cups.
2. In a bowl combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, and baking powder. Toss raspberries in dry mixture to coat.
3. In a small bowl combine milk, oil, and egg. Stir into dry mixture until just moistened.
4. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean (22-25 minutes).
