2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 cup frozen peas, defrosted

directions
1. Saute onions in olive oil in pan over medium heat until golden and caramelized. Add defrosted peas and cook for one minute more.
2. Toss onion and peas mixture with cooked rice.
