Roasted Asparagus
This quick and easy side dish will add flair to any meal without a lot of extra work. Sometimes the simplest preparations let quality ingredients shine through.
1 1/2 lbs. asparagus, washed and trimmed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wash asparagus and cut off ends. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
2. Place asparagus in baking dish, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
3. Bake until tender (15 minutes).
