1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large vidalia onion, peeled, cut into 8 sections, then separated
1 pkg button mushroom (or baby bella), sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 splash Balsamic Vinegar

  • Cook Time:10 minutes
1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in heavy skillet.
2. Add onions and saute until translucent and soft.
3. Add mushrooms and continue to saute until mushrooms are tender.
4. Sprinkle on a splash of balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper to taste.
