8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
2 teaspoons bourbon or orange liqueur
Pinch salt
Finely chopped chocolate, for garnish (optional)

Silky Tofu Chocolate Mousse

  • Cook Time:0 minutes
1. Puree tofu in a food processor or blender until smooth, about 10 seconds.
2. Add melted chocolate, bourbon, and salt and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
3. Divide into serving dishes and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Garnish with finely chopped chocolate, if desired.
