In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil until very hot, add chicken and sautee over medium-high heat until starting to brown. Add vegetables and cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes. Mix in sauce until well blended.
You may swap vegetables for others like sliced bell pepper or sugar snap peas. We recommend serving over steamed rice.
