1. Season mahi mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Combine the lime juice, tamari soy sauce, ginger and oil in a shallow dish.
3. Turn the mahi mahi in the citrus soy marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
4. Preheat skillet on medium heat. Cook fish with marinade for 6 minutes per side or until fish is firm and opaque.
5. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
