1. Drain peaches and place in a medium bowl. Mash into small chunks and sprinkle with sugar. Set aside.
2. Place yogurt, half and half, condensed milk, fruit spread, honey, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in mashed peaches.
3. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions until thick. Pour into a sealable container and freeze until firm, about 8 hours. To serve, scoop into small bowls or glasses and garnish with a peach slice, if desired.
