1. In a medium bowl, mix salmon, green onions, egg, breadcrumbs, teriyaki sauce, cilantro, and ginger until well incorporated, then form into six patties (about 1/3 cup each).
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium until shimmering. Add patties and cook, flipping once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and top with more teriyaki sauce before serving.
