Apple Walnut Tossed Salad
Salads can be a great way to make sure you're getting enough fruits and veggies, but they can also be a pitfall for salt and fat if they're overdressed. The trick to finding a good balance is filling the salad with ingredients so flavorful you won't want more than the lightest dressing.
8 cups mixed greens
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 apple, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
2 Tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp. pepper
