1 (9 oz.) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and well drained
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 green onion, thinly sliced

1. In a large food processor, combine everything except green onion. Cover and process until nearly smooth.
