1. Boil enough water to cover asparagus.
2. Place asparagus in the water and boil for 2-3 minutes or until asparagus is bright green and crisp-tender. Remove from water with tongs and set in colander to drain.
3. Place asparagus on serving dish. Combine oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and drizzle over asparagus.
