1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Blanch broccoli by cooking it in the boiling water for 1 minute, then immediately drain and rinse with cold water until cool. Transfer to a medium bowl.
2. Add cheese, tomato sauce, basil, and pepper and stir to combine. Refrigerateuntil ready to use, then make pockets as directed by Pocket Sandwiches recipe.
