1. Place milk and vanilla in a blender. Add tofu, cocoa, and nutmeg followed by banana slices and juice concentrate. Blend on low for 20 seconds, then switch to high and blend until banana is fully incorporated, about 20 to 30 seconds.
2. Drop peanut butter into the liquid and process on high until fully incorporated, about 20 seconds. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
