1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut tomatoes into thin (1/8-inch) slices, for a total of 24 slices. Cut each slice of Havarti into quarters, lengthwise, for a total of 12 pieces.
2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, rub, mustard, and lemon juice untilsmooth. Add crabmeat and stir until evenly blended.
3. Slice croissants in half horizontally and set them cut side up on a baking sheet. Place about 2 Tbsp. crab on the bottom half of eachcroissant. Top crab with a piece of cheese. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
4. Top each slider with two tomato slices and a croissant half. Slice each sandwich in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
