1/4 tsp. orange zest
2 slices rustic bread, toasted
1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. minced fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup baby arugula
1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. dried cranberries

Cranberry-Chicken Tartines

1. Mix mayonnaise with orange zest and spread evenly over toasts.
2. Toss chicken with thyme and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Divide chicken mixture, arugula, almonds, and dried cranberries over toasts and serve.
