1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Add artichokes and cook, flipping once, until browned and beginning to crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
2. Add gnocchi and butter to skillet and cook, tossing frequently, until gnocchi are crispy and well browned, about 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat, then add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add greens and toss until leaves begin to wilt, about 1 more minute.
3. Add cheese and artichokes and toss to combine, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide among bowls and sprinkle with more cheese before serving.
