Devilish Black Bean Dip
You can make this dip and refrigerate it for up to 3 days.
2 (15.5-oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or basil, plus extra for garnish
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (optional)
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra cilantro.
