Feta-Cilantro Caprese
This recipe was adapted for fresh from Sara Jenkins, owner of Nina June restaurant in Rockport, Maine.
2 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
3 oz. feta cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and pepper

1. Arrange tomatoes on a large platter. Crumble feta over tomatoes and finish with cilantro, a drizzle of oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
