Grilled Corn on the Cob with Flavored Butters
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature (Chipotle Lime Butter)
3/4 teaspoon Inspirations Cabo Chipotle dry rub (Chipotle Lime Butter)
1/8 teaspoon grated lime zest (Chipotle Lime Butter)
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, room temperature (Smoked Salt and Pepper Butter)
1/4 teaspoon Inspirations Salish Alder Smoked fine sea salt (Smoked Salt and Pepper Butter)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (Smoked Salt and Pepper Butter)
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, at room tempature (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
1 each scallion, finely chopped (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
1 tablespoon finely chopped Nature's Place Organic tarragon (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
1 pinch salt (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
4 each ears fresh corn on the cob, shucked

Grilled Corn on the Cob with Flavored Butters

Grilled Corn on the Cob with Flavored Butters

  • Cook Time:10 minutes
directions
1. Prepare the flavored butter of your choice. Mash the butter in a small bowl with the back of a spoon. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Repeat with each butter. The butters may be made a day ahead of time; cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.
2. Preheat grill until moderately hot, about 400 degrees. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook 4 minutes until marked. Gently turn the corn over and cook another 4 to 6 minutes.
3. Remove corn from the grill and serve hot with flavored butter on the side.
