Ingredients
Fresh, fast and easy. Add a green salad and warm some crusty bread in the oven with the fish and dinner is on the table in no time.
2 tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. olive oil
4 (4 oz.) halibut fillets or steaks

directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, stir together everything but the fish.
