Healthier Ranch Dip
Ingredients
To make this recipe vegetarian, omit the Worcestershire sauce.
2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup silken tofu (8 oz.)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon zest, plus 1 Tbsp. juice
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

directions
1. Puree all ingredients except parsley in a blender until smooth; season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a bowl and stir in parsley.
Store It: In an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
