1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until finely ground, about 1 minute. Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to 3 months.
2. To make hot cocoa: Heat 1 cup milk in a small saucepan until steam begins to appear. Add 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix and whisk constantly until simmering, about 2 more minutes.
