2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. tahini
1 (15 oz.) can no-salt-added garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 tsp. salt
zest and juice of 2 large lemons
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups water-packed artichoke hearts, drained well

1. Combine the garlic, tahini, garbanzo beans, salt and zest in a food processor and pulse until the beans are smooth. |
2. With the motor running, drizzle in the lemon juice and oil until smooth. |
3. Add the artichoke hearts and pulse until chunky. Serve with cut veggies or whole grain pita bread.
