4 bibb lettuce leaves
1 avocado, halved, pitted, and sliced thin
1/2 cup cucumber slices

1. Toss together chicken and mustard in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Layer each pita with lettuce, chicken, avocado, cucumber, and red onion. Wrap in parchment or foil to help keep pita together.
