Use your favorite fruits to make a refreshing smoothie on a hot summer's evening. We've recommended berries here, because they're easy to work with in smoothies, but any fruit frozen in bite-sized pieces will work just as well.
1/2 cup 100% apple juice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
