1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; remove with a slotted spoon and reserve for garnish. Reduce heat to low, add mushrooms, and cook until caramelized, 10 to 12 minutes. Add wine and cook until absorbed; season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Spread goat cheese evenly over toasted bread slices. Top evenly with mushrooms, bacon, and a sprinkle of minced chives.
