1. In a food processor, process almonds, flaxseeds, and salt until finely ground, about 1 minute. Add dates and raisins and process until evenly ground, about 1 more minute. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined, about 6 times.
2. Line an 8x8" baking pan with plastic wrap and spread mixture evenly over bottom. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Invert onto a cutting board, remove plastic, and cut into 36 squares.
