1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray baking dish with olive oil spray.
3. Place fish in single layer in baking dish. Spread pesto sauce in moderately thick layer on top of fish (with fork or back of spoon).
4. Bake uncovered for 6 - 12 minutes, depending on thickness, until fish is opaque and cooked through.
TIP: Remaining pesto can be stored in freezer.
