1. Coarsely chop the watermelon, zucchini, jicama, and lemon to the size needed to fit through the feed tube of your juicer. Run through the juicer along with the blueberries and blackberries.
2. Serve immediately, straight up or over ice if desired, or chill several hours. Pour into 2 glasses, accompanied by your choice of garnish if desired.
