1 each cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into bite-sized chunks
1 6 oz can low sodium pitted black olive
1 pt grape or cherry tomato
1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
1 container hummus, prepared

On a wooden skewer, thread a piece of cucumber, an olive, tomato, and basil leaf and repeat.
Serve with hummus for dipping.
