1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. fingerling potatoes, halved
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Toss all ingredients together and spread out on a baking sheet.
