1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1" pieces
1 (12.5-oz.) package Hannaford Creole Red Bean Slow Cooker Meal Starter
10 oz. pre-sliced peppers and onions
3 celery stalks, sliced (leaves reserved)
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (14.5 oz) can Hannaford Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
Cooked brown rice, for serving

1. Combine chicken, contents of bean starter package, peppers and onions, and celery in a large slow cooker. Add 4 cups water, cover, and cook on low until beans are tender, 6 to 8 hours.
2. Stir in shrimp and tomatoes, re-cover, and cook 15 more minutes. Spoon mixture over bowls of rice, sprinkle with chopped celery leaves, and serve.
