1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. smoked paprika

Smoky Dijon Butter
  • Servings:Makes About 1/2 cup
  • Prep Time:5 minutes
  • Cook Time:0 minutes
1. Mash butter, chives, mustard, and paprika in a small bowl until blended. Season with salt to taste.
2. To turn into an easy-to-slice log, transfer to the center of a sheet of plastic and wrap butter, twisting ends of plastic to tighten. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
