Spicy Citrus Grilled Fish Taco Filling
Ingredients

You can substitute swordfish, snapper, or halibut for the mahi mahi. In lieu of grilling, broil fish for about 8 minutes. To save time, rub the fish with the spice paste and refrigerate it for up to 2 hours before grilling.
