1. Combine tofu, nutritional yeast, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a blender. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a small bowl.
2. Stir in chives and dill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
