1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup silken tofu
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup date paste
1 banana, mashed
1 cup shredded zucchini

1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a food processor, puree all wet ingredients.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly. Bake 25-30, until toothpick insert into center comes out with a fine crumb.
