1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 shallot, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced thin
1 (7.25-oz.) jar Taste of Inspirations Red Pepper & Tomato Bruschetta
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped coarse
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. capers, chopped coarse
2 anchovy fillets, minced
Pinch crushed red pepper

Easy Puttanesca Sauce
  • Servings:Makes About 1 cup
  • Prep Time:8 minutes
  • Cook Time:2 minutes
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add garlic and shallot and cook, stirring frequently, until shallot is softened garlic is lightly browned, about 1 minute.
2. Stir in bruschetta, olives, parsley, capers, anchovies, and crushed red pepper and cook until heated through, about 1 minute.
