1. Combine broth (or vegetable broth), carrots, raisins, and butter in a medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add the couscous, stir, and remove from heat. Cover and let set for 5 minutes. The couscous should absorb all the liquid.
3. Stir to distribute the raisins and carrots, and serve.
