Green Goodness Smoothie
1 1/2 cups chilled pineapple juice
1 cup chilled green seedless grapes
1 1/2 cups chopped kale or baby spinach
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped mango
2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
1 tsp. ground flax meal (optional add-on)
1 tsp. wheat germ (optional add-on)
1 Tbsp. almond butter (optional add-on)
1 Tbsp. protein powder (optional add-on)
1/4 cup silken tofu (optional add-on)
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (optional add-on)

1. Add pineapple juice, grapes, and greens to a blender and blend on low and then high until smooth.
2. Add mango and kiwis. Blend until smooth. Add optional add-ins at this time and blend. Divide between 2 tall glasses and serve.
