1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. minced fresh thyme

  • Cook Time:30 minutes
1. Combine all ingredients in a large nonstick skillet and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is thick and spreadable, 25 to 30 minutes. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months.
